We Would Be Left in the Dark Without Our Excellent Employees!
The ORACLE Lighting family came together on March 17th to celebrate Employee Appreciation Day! Taking the time to recognize the hard work everyone puts in to make us what we are, it was our turn to really show how much all that hard work is appreciated!
It is so important that we let loose every once in a while and enjoy each other’s company in a really intentional way. We certainly love working with each other every day, but it was really fun to just spend some time enjoying some engaging team building activities to really bring the entire crew together!
Lunch was a really special treat, some true southern traditions found in our home state of Louisiana. But what was also so sweet was celebrating some anniversaries and employee achievements, some of our team members have been here 10 years or longer! Everyone was rewarded in the end with thoughtful gifts, and it was really a day to remember and continue to celebrate, as our employees are truly what makes ORACLE Lighting shine!
